Color Accuracy
Although we do our best to make sure that the colors shown on our web site are accurate, actual colors can vary slightly. For viewing blinds on our web site, a 24 bit true-color display card is recommended. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can't be returned, you may wish to have a sample sent to you before ordering.

Price Guarantee
No one can be the cheapest on every product but we Guarantee to offer high quality products at a very competitive pricing.

Payment Options
Since all window treatments from Southern Window Designs are custom made to your specifications, all orders require a 50% deposit when your order is placed and the balance of payment when your order is installed or shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard Discover, American Express, cashier's checks, Personal Checks and Money Orders.

Changes Cancellations and Refunds
Since our products are custom made to your specifications, they are not suitable for resale. It is very important that you are sure of your purchase decisions because they are nonreturnable. Cancellations, changes and refunds can be made for a period of up to 24 hours after the execution of the order.

Shipping Information
For the fastest service possible, we ship most products via UPS or Federal Express Ground direct from the manufacturing facility located closest to you. Normal delivery is 2-5 business days once production is completed on packages 100" or less. If your package is too big for UPS, we'll ship it via a freight carrier (usually right to your door). Most orders under 100" width/length are shipped for a nominal fee anywhere in the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). Orders over 100" width/length must travel by freight carrier and may have additional charges.

Sales Tax Information
Outside of Florida, you do not have to pay any sales tax. Florida resident sales tax of 7% will automatically be added to all orders.

Delivery Times
Production times given vary from manufactures. Most of our manufactures ship within 5-7 business days. We will be happy to furnish you will tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lifetime Warranty
Most Everything we carry is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship so long as the product is measured and installed properly. In the unlikely event that you need warranty service, just E-mail us. Our trained customer service representatives will be happy to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Personal Quality Assurance
We will do everything under our control to insure your satisfaction. Any error on our part, or the manufacturer part will be promptly corrected. If you make a mistake in ordering measuring, we will give you an "Oops" discount of at least 20% on a reorder. If the plant gives us a greater discount, we will pass that on to you.
